Illinois Primary Health Care Associations objective was simple. Assuage distrust of
health care providers by patients who perceive them as strangers. By putting “community”
back into Community Health Centers, IPHCA could offer a premier yet uniquely
approachable and neighborly experience for generations to come.

Vision
The “Pleased To Treat You” campaign was designed around an affirming declaration. Tone is approachable yet informative. Graphic treatment is vibrant and contemporary. Positive messaging replaces sterile in situ signage and other “way-finding” elements throughout the campaign via multiple touch-points.
